How do I download an illustration or pattern?
After your purchase payment is received you will be able to download a zip file. You can download products you’ve purchased directly from the product page by clicking “Download Now.”
How can I download a receipt ?
When you purchase a product, you will be sent a receipt by email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam and trash folders.
Who owns the graphics intellectual property ?
You acknowledge that you obtain no Intellectual Property Rights whatsoever in the Licensed Design and that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Licensed Design shall at all times be and remain the property of the Varela Graphics.
What ways of payment do you have?
All our transactions go through Stripe (our secure payment partner) or PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal).
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
It is our goal to make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with the products you purchase on Varela Graphics. Since all of our products are digital and cannot be returned or refunded.
