About Me
I am Sara Llano. I am a professional Fashion Designer specialised in dance, active and gymnastics clothing. I love designing clothes for people who want to look beautiful and also feel comfortable.
I am originally from Colombia. A country that is truly diverse. Its vibrant colours and rich culture provides me with great inspiration for my designs.
I am also very proud to be Australian. I have enjoyed living and working here for more than 13 years and now I am based in Melbourne. This city 's life style is also very inspiring for my designs.
I am passionate about fashion, some of the designers who I admire and get inspired by include: Elie Saab, Carolina Herrera and Versace.
I like to keep updated about what is going on in the fashion industry by visiting fashion fairs and exhibitions to keep my design style fresh and evolving.
Innovation is also a big part of my interests. I like learning new computer programs and reading about textiles that have been developed with new technologies that provide added value to the wearer.
I am committed to help the environment and to make fashion sustainable and ethical. I really think we can all contribute to a better planet.
